Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Retirement Shield (“Retirement Shield,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit retirementshieldreport.com (the “Site”), watch our content, or complete our qualification questionnaire.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, state of residence, and your answers to our questionnaire (including your retirement timeline, age, savings habits, goals, approximate monthly savings capacity, and general health and tobacco-use answers).
- Information collected automatically: device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, video engagement, and advertising identifiers, collected through cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta (Facebook) pixel and video analytics.
How we use information
- To respond to your request for information about tax-advantaged retirement strategies.
- To contact you by phone, text message, and email about your request, including scheduling and reminders.
- To connect you with the one independent, licensed life insurance professional assigned to your request.
- To operate, measure, and improve the Site and our advertising.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
How we share information
We may share your information with: (a) the one independent, licensed life insurance professional assigned to your request, so that professional can contact you about the retirement strategy you asked about. Your information is shared with a single assigned professional, not distributed to multiple agents. Retirement Shield receives marketing compensation in connection with connecting you to that professional, which is a financial incentive for us to make the connection; (b) service providers who operate parts of the Site and our systems on our behalf (such as hosting, customer relationship management, scheduling, video, and analytics providers); and (c) authorities where required by law. We do not sell your information to unrelated data brokers.
If you are a resident of a state with a comprehensive privacy law (such as California), the sharing described in (a) may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under that law. You may opt out at any time using the contact below.
Consent to be contacted
By submitting your phone number through the questionnaire, you provide your express written consent to receive calls, text messages, and emails from Retirement Shield and from the one licensed insurance professional assigned to your request at the number and address you provide, including through automated technology and prerecorded messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or use the contact below.
Cookies and advertising
We use cookies and pixels (including the Meta pixel) to measure the Site and our advertising. You can limit tracking through your browser settings and through the ad preferences offered by Meta and other platforms.
Your choices and rights
- Opt out of texts by replying STOP; opt out of emails using the unsubscribe link in any message.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or opt out of sharing, by emailing us at the address below. We honor verified requests as required by applicable law.
Data retention and security
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by law. We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect it; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
