These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of retirementshieldreport.com (the “Site”), operated by Retirement Shield (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
What we are, and what we are not
Retirement Shield is a marketing and consumer-education brand. We are not an insurance carrier, a registered investment adviser, a broker-dealer, a law firm, or an accounting firm, and we are not financial advisors. Nothing on the Site is individualized financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. The Site exists to provide general education about tax-advantaged retirement strategies and, at your request, to connect you with independent, licensed life insurance professionals. We may be compensated for that connection. Any insurance product discussed is offered only through licensed professionals and issued by insurance carriers, subject to underwriting, policy terms, and state availability.
No guarantees; hypothetical examples
Any figures, projections, or examples on the Site or in our videos, including stories and testimonials, are hypothetical illustrations or dramatizations based on assumptions that may not apply to you. They are not promises of future performance or results. Index crediting in insurance products is subject to caps, participation rates, and policy charges set by the issuing carrier. Policy loans and withdrawals reduce cash value and death benefit and can cause a policy to lapse if not managed properly. Your results depend on your own circumstances, product selection, funding, and underwriting.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for evaluating any professional or product independently, including reviewing policy illustrations and documents before making decisions. You agree to provide accurate information on our questionnaire and to use the Site only for lawful, personal purposes.

If you submit your contact information, you agree to be contacted as described in our Privacy Policy, including by phone, text message, and email, by us and by one or more participating licensed insurance professionals. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you may opt out at any time.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Third-party clips referenced in our materials are unedited excerpts attributed to their original sources. You may not copy, resell, or republish Site content without permission.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions you make based on Site content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
General
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these Terms; continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
