Linh is a Louisiana native, born and raised in Monroe, a graduate of Ouachita Christian School, and he still lives and works in Monroe today. He is also an entrepreneur and the owner of I Need This Marketing and Visbar Kava Bar and Lounge, so he understands both sides of the ledger: building a business and protecting what it produces. That local, on-the-ground background shapes how this site is written: plainly, honestly, and with an eye on what actually matters to Louisiana families who have real money and real liability on the line.
